No Refund Policy

All membership dues paid to IERG are non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, membership fees are used to support ongoing programs, services, and operational expenses that advance our mission and benefit our members.

Once payment is processed, dues cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited, regardless of participation, resignation, cancellation, or non-attendance.

All event fees and program registrations are also non-refundable and non-transferable. Funds collected are immediately allocated to support organizational operations, programming, and member services.

Refunds will not be issued for unused memberships, missed events, schedule changes, or personal circumstances. Exceptions may be made only in cases of administrative error and at the sole discretion of IERG.
