Jeff Lindeman, SHRM-SCP, Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice-president, Global Organizational Development at WD-40 Company, is usually found hard at work creating positive lasting memories with and alongside his global tribemates.  He has a multi-decade-long career leading functions as diverse as sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, information technology as well as human resources in multiple industries, cultures, and geographies.  Jeff’s personal purpose is to learn, lead, teach and serve for the betterment of himself, his community, and the world.  He is a past president of San Diego SHRM and sits on the SHRM Certification Commission, overseeing the global certification of human resources professionals utilizing the SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge.  Outside of his professional passions, Jeff loves traveling as well as spending time with his husband and their four-legged children.
