5 Ways to Defuse Conflict in Workplace Communication

Most of us think that disagreement is bad and choose to avoid it. Disagreement, when managed well, gets greater results than avoidance does. It can spur better ideas, creativity, and innovation. But success depends on how well prepared you are to navigate conflicts and diverse viewpoints.

Dealing with polarized communication in organizations is crucial for maintaining a healthy, productive work environment.
