Atul Khosla is the Founder and CEO of Leadership et` Humanite` LLC (LEH), Chicago, USA. LEH is a movement dedicated to re-ignite humanity in Business Leadership.  Atul is a globally recognized thought leader with a proven track record in Organization Development, Talent Management, Developing Leaders, and Business Transformation leadership. Atul's international HR experience, spanning more than 30 years and three continents, has been primarily focused on driving large-scale transformation, strategic Organizational Development, and Talent Management initiatives. Most recently, Atul held the role of Senior Vice President and Global Head of Talent, Learning & Organization Effectiveness at Mondelēz International. His previous assignments include region HR leadership roles in diverse multicultural environments, including Asia–Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and Africa with PepsiCo, Novartis, and Mondelēz International. He was also the Chief People  Officer of CIBA Vision, a Novartis Company. He has lived and worked in India, Switzerland, and Singapore.  He currently lives in Chicago Area in the US with his wife and son.
