PANEL DISCUSSION

Creating High Performing Teams through
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging

By its very name, “international business” implies diversity.
However, many companies are either not fully reaping the benefits
of their diverse workforce or don’t yet have one.

That said, increasing diversity, by itself, does not equal
increased performance. Leadership must commit to it and facilitate it.

Join us to learn five competencies and a global financial services
case study you can use in your business to greatly improve
 its performance by embracing DEI.
