Solving Complex Problems Creatively with Design Thinking

As Albert Einstein stated many years ago, "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” We live in a world in which Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA) have become the norm and the speed of change is unprecedented. Design Thinking is a process for creative problem solving and innovation boosting, which is centered on human values. Its process which encompasses empathy, collaboration, ideation, and fast, sequential prototyping reduces risk and produces revolutionary results. The process can be used both to identify the core problem affecting an organization as well as paths for solving it. Steve Hevesi will guide you through the process and will present a case study to illustrate.
