Since early 2020, virtually leading remote-work teams has been forcefully upgraded from a futuristic choice to a daily necessity. This ‘new normal’ (not quite new, far from normal) both separated and connected international management teams. On one hand, travel disruption kept people from developing and nurturing the personal intimacy that had been considered essential for trustful teamwork. On the other, remote work upgraded everyone with a broadband access to global problem-solver, often side-lining traditional brokers, intermediaries and representatives at companies. Join us for Shanghai-based intercultural leadership coach & consultant Gabor Holch’s presentation to inspire mindfulness and practical solutions while working with diverse, geographically dispersed management teams in virtual spaces.
